Our Ghanaian baskets are durable and require very little care or maintenance. As they are handmade from natural materials, slight variations in shape are part of their character.
If your basket arrives a little misshapen from transit, don’t worry, lightly spray it with water and gently reshape by hand. We take care to package each basket carefully to minimise movement during delivery, but some reshaping may occasionally be needed.

Returns must be sent using a Royal Mail tracked service within 7 days of your order’s dispatch date.
